Note: Bug exists in CloudStack4.3 and version 4.4, and the management IP and public IP occupied by the system virtual machine cannot be released. You need to manually enter the op_dc_ip_alloc table in the database to release the corresponding IP and modify the public IP status in the user_ip_address.
