There are many distribution groups in the enterprise, and most of them set up special administrators to manage the members of their distribution groups.

First, after adding the administrator, after entering, there is no default. As shown below:

There is no distribution group that I own.

Second, set permissions

Users who log in to ecp- with administrator privileges-user roles, as shown in the following figure:

The distribution group I own is out.
