At the media conference held in February 2014, talking about the development of the company's core business MPLS × ×, Wenli said excitedly that the group's overall revenue in 2013 increased by 25% compared with 2012, of which the increase was mainly due to the excellent performance of MPLS × × and call center business, which increased by 20% respectively.

At present, MPLS is still one of the main sources of income for the first-line group, whose main customers include Xiaomi, Lenovo, Epson, Chanel, Lane Crawford, Lawson, FedEx and MasterCard. Wen Li said: "MPLS × × has always been our core service. In 2013, we further expanded the service coverage of MPLS × ×. In the future, we will continue to invest resources into the network, including increasing network equipment, expanding network sites and improving services."

In 2014, Wenli has a clear idea of promoting MPLS × × business: first, highlight regional priorities, such as strengthening business development in areas such as eastern China; second, look for new opportunities in China's retail and wholesale industries; third, develop new solutions for the mobile user market and expand revenue sources; fourth, actively expand into European and American markets. " At present, the bandwidth capacity of the core MPLS × × nodes of the front-line group can reach 10G, and customers can enjoy secure and reliable network services anytime and anywhere. " Wen Li said.

The call center business of the first-line group has maintained steady growth. At present, the seven call centers operated by the front-line group can provide a total of 2500 seats, with customers in banking, insurance, restaurant chains, market research, education and other industries. According to Wen Li, the 850 new seats in the call center jointly built by the first-line group and the Management Committee of Qingdao Economic and technological Development Zone will be put into service within this year.

In addition to the two major services of MPLS and call center, cloud data center service is also an important business cultivated by the first-line group. Front-line groups have long joined forces with VMware and Dell to virtualize and consolidate their cloud data center infrastructure. At present, although the cloud data center service business of the front-line group is small, it is growing very fast and has maintained triple-digit growth.

In the past two years, China's public cloud service market has grown rapidly as foreign companies such as Microsoft, IBM, SAP and Amazon have begun to promote public cloud services in China. "through contact with Chinese users, we have found that many users plan to buy cloud services directly instead of buying IT devices themselves in new projects. China's public cloud market is on the rise." Wen Li said, "more and more foreign cloud service providers enter China and may compete with us in some segments, but from the general trend, the entry of these cloud service providers is conducive to the formation of healthy market competition. Promote the development and growth of the entire cloud service market. This is a good thing for service providers and users like first-tier groups."

At present, most of the customers using cloud data center services of first-line groups are concentrated in retail, manufacturing and services, which is very similar to the customer base of MPLS × × and call center business of first-line groups, and the characteristics of mutual promotion and common development among the three businesses are very obvious.

"judging from the overall market situation, most of the people who adopt cloud services are startups and Internet companies, and we are inexperienced in the development of such customers in the past, which we will have to make up for in the future." Wen Li said, "it can be predicted that users' urgent demand for network and server hosting services will promote cloud applications to become mainstream."

The first-tier group already has five cloud-based data centers in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Taipei, and its overall data center size is expected to triple in the next two years. The first-line group's data center in Tseung Kwan O in Hong Kong will be operational in the first quarter of 2014. In addition, the front-line group will set up a large-scale cloud monitoring center in Shenzhen to optimize cloud architecture data center services.
