1. Type the shortcut win+R to open the running window, enter lusrmgr.msc, and click OK to open the local user and group management page.

2. Double-click the user folder to enter the user list interface

3. In the blank space of the user list, right-click and click the new user.

4. Enter the user name and full name of the user, customize the user password, deselect the following four options, click create, and complete the creation of the new user zhangwuji

Right-click the text document to open Properties, Security, and Click Advanced

14. Click to disable inheritance, then select to convert the inherited permissions to the display permissions of this object, and click OK to exit.

15. Click the editor in the attribute, and click Delete four times to delete all the users who inherit permissions.

16. After deletion, click add, enter zhangwuji, click check name, and click OK to add user zhangwuji to the authorized user.

17. Select the full control permission for the account zhangwuji, click OK, then exit, and then click OK to exit the attribute.

18. Click the exit page to return to the desktop

19. Right-click the start icon to log out of the account and log in to the admin account with administrator privileges.

21. Select the Chinese document zhangwuji, double-click the left mouse button to open it, and the denied access page appears, proving that the administrator account does not have access rights. Click OK and exit the text.

22. Right-click the text zhangwuji, open the properties page, go to the security page, and click Advanced

23. Click the left mouse button to change, enter the administrator account admin, click the check name, and click OK to exit.

24. At this point, the file owner appears as the administrator user admin, click OK to exit the page, and click OK to exit the properties page

25. Right-click the text document zhangwuji to open the properties, enter Security, click Edit, and click add

26. Enter the administrator user name admin, click the check name, and click OK to exit.

27. Check the full control permissions for the administrator account configuration, click OK and exit.

28. Check whether the permissions are configured successfully, and click OK to exit.

29. Select the Chinese document zhangwuji, double-click the left mouse button to open it, and the permission of the text owner has been modified successfully.
