You need to log in to the mailbox and click on the connection to complete the verification.

But there are occasional situations like this:

1. The privacy protection of whois information is set, and we cannot read the administrator mailbox of the domain name, so you need to suspend the privacy protection until the certificate is issued.

2. Whois information does not have privacy protection, but the administrator mailbox queried in whois information cannot or is not convenient to log in, then you can change the mailbox to one where you can log in to the domain name, and we will send verification email to the new mailbox.

3. If the mailbox in the whois information cannot be logged in and cannot be modified, you need to provide a mailbox with prefixes of admin, administrator, postmaster, webmaster to complete the verification of administrative permissions.

two。 Enterprise SSL Certificate (OVSSL):

Domain name management permission verification method:

1. If the name of the domain name owner in the domain name registration information (whois information) is the same as that of the company when you applied for the certificate, there is usually no need to do anything.

2. If the domain name owner information you applied for is not the name of the company you applied for, you need to verify your domain name management permissions by email verification in the above domain name SSL certificate.

Enterprise authenticity verification method:

1. Your company's registration information can be found on the industrial and commercial website.

2. The registered phone number of your company can be found on the telephone platform 114 or other platforms, such as Deng and Bradstreet, Baidu Maps, etc., and the staff who apply for a certificate on this phone can answer it.

3. If item 2 above cannot be satisfied, a lawyer is required to issue a lawyer's certificate to prove the authenticity of the company's information.
