1. DHCP IP configuration

2. DHCP installation

to install the roles

Check DHCP Server

Then click on the next installation

3. Configure scope

Right-click IPV4 and select New Scope

Enter the name (Benet.com) for the scope

Enter the range of IP addresses you want to assign

You can set the scope IP not to be allocated (you can also set it after the scope is configured)

Lease period can be set, but lease will be renewed when lease period reaches 50%(max 6 days in wizard mode, max 8 days in manual mode)

Select Configure Later, you need to activate the scope manually, select Configure Now, you can select Activate Scope at the end (Scope needs to be activated)

Then continue to create the next scope, network segment according to their own needs

4. Install network policies and access services on the relay agent

Server Manager, Roles, Add Roles, Network Policy and Access Services, Select Routing and Remote Access Services

Configure routing and remote access

Right-click Configure and enable Routing and Remote Access

Select Custom Configuration

Select LAN routing

Right-click General to add routing protocol

Select DHCP Relay Agent

Right-click Relay Agent and select Add Interface

Select the network card in which both are added

Right-click DHCP Relay Agent and select Properties to add the IP address of the DHCP server

6. Use client authentication

ipconfig /release Releases leases

ipconfig /renew Get

ipconfig /all View all network cards All information

Right-click to disable two network cards and restart

Right-click NIC, status, details verification
