After 20 years of market sharpening, it has grown into a leading enterprise in China's fashion women's shoes industry, with more than 3000 stores and annual retail sales exceeding 4 billion yuan. The group's existing Josiny Zhuoshini, O.E. Ouyi and other brands, adhere to user demand-oriented, committed to providing consumers with multi-brand and multi-category fashion products.
The footwear industry faces four major challenges, Mr. Han said that the commodity supply chain is one of Zhuoshini's core competitiveness: the large-scale and efficient supply chain model ensures the supply capacity of a large number of goods. on the other hand, the new replenishment mode with rapid response can ensure that Zhuoshini products are both "trendy" and "fast", and never miss the heartbeat moment of consumers.
Even with a strong commodity supply chain capacity, Mr. Han still believes that Zhuoshini is still a very traditional enterprise. At the crossroads of the changing situation in the industry, four major challenges are sweeping through: 1. Reversal: the original product chain of "brand production-supply to stores-sales to customers" is naturally separated from the needs of customers. at present, how to respond to customer needs quickly and accurately and serve customers well is a problem facing the whole industry. In the environment of reversing the relationship between supply and demand, only by seizing the hearts of customers can we go against the current. 2. Fierce: the market changes frequently and the competition is fierce. New business type, such as Internet celebrity economy and appearance economy, has had an impact on the traditional industry, which can not be underestimated. 3. Out of control: the original management mode is gradually invalid. Especially for Zhuo Shini, which has more than 3000 stores, in the new environment, it is more difficult to control, and began to consider promoting the partnership mechanism, turning control into cooperation. 4. Compression: the retail industry is moving forward faster and faster, while consumers seem to like updating a little faster. Once the goods of shoes and clothing in the four seasons can be sold for three months, but now the goods can not be sold for more than a month from the shelves to the shelves. The traditional footwear industry has to find new ways to achieve rapid iteration of products and timely response to customer needs. On top of the challenges, the opportunity arises at the historic moment to face the four major challenges. Mr. Han did not show difficulties, but cut open the appearance and saw the opportunities in the severe market environment. 1. Fast: from the information age to the concept age, software defines everything. In the future, Droshini will try to define its own products, services and business models through software to win competitive opportunities. 2. Opening: from the closed era to the open era, connect to find the entrance. Zhuo Shini has its own R & D, production and marketing team, but in the future, it will continue to open up the enterprise environment, make more use of social resources, coordinate upstream and downstream, and truly achieve digital sharing, value sharing, and win-win construction. 3. Alienation: from the physical era to the conceptual era, computing is everywhere. Droshini will hand over some of the things that can be done by machine computing to the machine to liberate productivity. 4. Interaction: from the physical era to the virtual era, interactive melting of the border. The barriers of traditional enterprises are slowly disappearing. Zhuo Shini will find the connecting point between producers and consumers and innovate and develop together in a way of integration. 5. Sharing: from my time to my time, data-driven development. Zhuo Shi Ni's mathematical intelligence transformation broke the situation: co-building and sharing in 2018, Zhuo Shi Ni began to try to digitize and formulated a specific strategy implementation route, hoping that through a series of innovations, transform into a platform enterprise driven by market demand and rapid response to the commodity chain. In a number of stores across the country, Zhuo Shini has also introduced the "Singularity customer Identification" system of Singularity Cloud, which connects the visual information collected at the front end with the back-end transaction data, historical preference data and online data through the data center to form a three-dimensional consumer portrait. For most enterprises, the transformation of mathematical intelligence is still a new thing that "has heard of it for a long time, but has not seen the real body". On the way of exploration, Zhuo Shi Ni also encountered many challenges: 01 lack of innovation and cooperation. Zhuo Shi Ni has been innovating its own business, R & D and management system all the time, but there is still little innovation at the collaborative level across business, across industries and even the whole industry. 02 limited experience and skills for traditional enterprises, there is a lack of experience to learn from. 03 strategic planning short-sighted business is changing, the organization is changing, the strategic planning of enterprises is very difficult to promote in the long term, and the transformation of mathematical intelligence needs to be persistent. 04 assessment system old and traditional assessment system is difficult to adapt to the new adjustment, lack of assessment of new business attempts. Organizations are isolated in traditional enterprises, and the task of digital intelligence transformation of enterprises is often left to the information technology department, hoping to generate dividends driven by computing power, cloud capabilities and application capabilities. But in fact, the information department can not deeply understand the pain points of the business, but pursue how to implement the technology and how to avoid the complexity of the system. Therefore, it should be the business that leads the transformation. Business first, technology collaboration, can effectively promote the transformation of digital intelligence of enterprises.
The transformation of numerical intelligence of enterprises is still in the initial stage, and there is still a long way to go in the future.
