Maybe the password expired causing:

View expired users:

SQL> alter user sysman identified by geelykpi;

User altered.

Unseal and you can log in normally!

Close Oracle 11g expiration policy:

One:

SQL> select username,profile from dba_users where username='SYSTEM';
