=> Server error from http://192.168.200.50:8000: IOU1: IOU p_w_picpath '/opt/gns3/p_w_picpaths/IOU/i86bi-linux-l2-upk9-15.0b.bin' is not executable

Should be in manual folder creation time, permissions failed to give full cause;

As long as the execution authority is given below, it can run normally;

chmod a+x /home/gns3/GNS3/p_w_picpaths/i86bi-linux-l2-upk9-15.0a.bin

Sometimes with iourc is not normal also related, will also report the corresponding error;

iourc values vary between versions;

By default, iourc values for the same gns3 version should be the same without modifying host;
