CDN Licence Application Conditions:

For enterprises or institutions operating across regions, the minimum subscription limit of registered capital is RMB 10 million yuan, and the minimum subscription limit of registered capital operating within the province is RMB 1 million yuan; it can provide social insurance for three people for nearly three months, and has cabinets of leased operators in more than two cities; the company and its main investors and main business management personnel have no illegal records in violation of the telecommunications supervision and management system within three years; and other conditions stipulated by the policy.

cdn license application process:

System evaluation (domain name filing management system, access resource management system, information security management system) and computer room evaluation (self-built computer room evaluation time is long, it is recommended to lease the operator's cabinet, the operator's computer room is free of evaluation, the time is relatively fast) need to be carried out in each city where business is carried out, and then prepare materials to submit the application until the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology accepts it, and finally wait for notification to obtain the license. The whole cycle is about 90 working days.

If the cdn license is not handled according to regulations, according to Article 70 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Telecommunications (Order 291 of the State Council):

"Those who operate telecommunications services without authorization or beyond the scope of telecommunications services shall be ordered by the competent department of information industry under the State Council or the telecommunications regulatory authorities of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to make corrections in accordance with their functions and powers, confiscate their illegal income and impose a fine of not less than three times but not more than five times their illegal income; those who have no illegal income or whose illegal income is less than 50,000 yuan shall be fined not less than 100,000 yuan but not more than 1 million yuan; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification! "
