We compare Samsung Galaxy A71 VS Google Pixel 4A here. Both devices are attractive cheap smartphones. Design

In terms of design, there are many differences. However, both devices are made of plastic, which applies to their frames and backboards. At first, the Galaxy A71 seemed to provide glass, but this was not the case. They all provide thin borders and display camera holes. However, because Galaxy A71 is centered and Pixel 4a moves to the left, these holes are in different locations.

Now, they are very different in the size department. The Galaxy A71 has a larger display and therefore a larger display. Google Pixel 4a is shorter and narrower, though a little thicker. The weight of the equipment is also much lighter (143g vs 179g). It feels different. Neither of these devices is particularly reliable, but at least it is better than a mobile phone made of glass.

Both phones offer fingerprint scanners, but only Pixel 4a can see them. It is visible because it is on the back of the device, while the Galaxy A71 is under the monitor (optical display). Both phones come with the Snapdragon 730G SoC, but the difference is that the Pixel 4a actually comes with a 730G model. This variant provides a higher clock speed. Pixel 4a also comes with lighter software than the Galaxy A71, although they provide similar performance at least at the current time. Both phones offer 6GB's RAM, although the Galaxy A71 also offers a variant of 8GB RAM.

As long as you don't expect miracles, the performance is good. Will these two phones offer the same performance as phones that cost three times as much? No, but that's not what they want to do. To be sure, both are reliable enough in the performance department.

What about battery life? Well, in our experience, the Galaxy A71 can provide more functionality in this area, but this can be expected. The Galaxy A71 does have a larger display, but it also has a larger battery pack. It comes with a 4500mAh battery, while the Pixel 4a includes a 3140mAh battery. It's quite possible that most of you will be able to get a whole day's worth of use from these two phones.

Pixel 4a should be able to provide about five and a half to six hours of on-screen display time, at least during our use. It depends on what you do with your phone. On the other hand, the Galaxy A71 can easily cross the screen and take more than 7 hours on time. Again, this is our experience on the two devices, and your experience may be different. Each of us uses the phone in different ways, and we see different numbers from different people. It's even very different. It involves many aspects.

When it comes to charging, the Galaxy A71 can handle it easily. The device supports 25W fast wired charging, while the Pixel 4a supports 18W fast wired charging. If you want to know, neither of these devices supports wireless charging, nor does it support reverse charging.

What about the camera? the Galaxy A71 has a larger main sensor, does that mean it can provide a better image? Okay, no, not necessarily. To be honest, Pixel 4a does provide better images most of the time. The phone is equipped with the same main camera as Google's flagship Pixel 5 phone. Even though the camera has been used by Google for many years, it still has very powerful functions. The company's camera software is state-of-the-art, and cameras can glow in most cases.

The fact is that you are limited to this camera, and the Galaxy A71 has ultra-wide and macro cameras in addition to the main camera and depth camera. If you are looking for a simple stupid camera that can get the job done, Pixel 4a may be the way to go. Don't get me wrong, Galaxy A71 can take good pictures, but Pixel 4a does better overall. It has an excellent dynamic range, and the image can be balanced with enough detail even in the case of insufficient light.

When recording videos, both phones have a speed limit of 30 FPS to 4K. As far as video recording is concerned, they are not the best, but they can get the job done. This kind of content will be good, but not as good as you expect. Both have good stability, although according to our experience, the stability of Pixel 4a is better. However, we recommend that you take ​​ shots at a full HD resolution of 60 FPS to get the best results.

Audio message

The first thing I will notice in the audio department is that both phones provide 3.5mm headphone jacks. If you need this feature, you can use both phones. Having said that, only the Pixel 4a has stereo speakers. The Galaxy A71 relies on a speaker that makes a sound at the bottom. The speaker is really good, but it can't compete with the stereo speaker. Of course, the Pixel 4a doesn't have the best stereo speakers, or even close, but they're good enough for price. Although the Pixel 4a is the obvious winner here, the speakers on both phones are really loud.

If you plug in a good set of stereo headphones, you can also get good audio quality in this way. This is a far cry from the best we have ever heard, but few people complain. Audio is good on the whole spectrum, although it doesn't work well. In fact, in this respect, the performance between the two devices is very similar. The bass may be better, at this price, we really can't complain too much. These two phones are definitely not suitable for enthusiasts, but as far as audio is concerned, they are really good for most people.
