1. Install Maven

wget http://mirrors.hust.edu.cn/apache/maven/maven-3/3.5.4/binaries/apache-maven-3.5.4-bin.tar.gz

tar -zxvf apache-maven-3.5.4-bin.tar.gz

mv apache-maven-3.5.4 /usr/local

vim /etc/profile

Add to end of file:

MAVEN_HOME=/usr/local/apache-maven-3.5.4

export MAVEN_HOME

source /etc/profile

mvn -v

Enter again: mvn -v

2. Install Nexus

wget --no-check-certificate https://sonatype-download.global.ssl.fastly.net/repository/repositoryManager/3/nexus-3.13.0-01-unix.tar.gz or www.zhinengx.cn/store/thumbs/2018/0726/nexus-3.13.0-01-unix.tar.gz

Internet downloads are slow. You can also download it and upload it to centos.

tar -zxvf nexus-3.13.0-01-unix.tar.gz

mv nexus-3.13.0-01 /usr/local

cd /usr/local/nexus-3.13.0-01/bin

./ nexus start

Browser: http://192.168.41.128:8081 Access

User password: admin admin123

3. Other settings

sudo ln -s /usr/local/nexus-3.13.0-01/bin/nexus /etc/init.d/nexus

#View nexus service status, start service, stop service, etc.

service nexus status/start/stop

#Set it to start/close automatically, etc.

chkconfig nexus on/off
