One: open HCL after installation and you can't connect to SimwareMulticc (address 127.0.0.1 Universe 16500).

First open CMD (windows + R can quickly open and run, then type CMD), enter the command line netstat-a-n to see if port 16500 is occupied, and change port 16500 if it is occupied

Then enter netsh winsock reset to reset the windows system and restart.
