1. Start-run-enter "regedit", open the registry editor, and delete the following two keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesWinsock

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesWinsock2

2. Open the C:WINDOWSinfnettcpip.inf file with notepad and find:

[MS_TCPIP.PrimaryInstall]
