The cirros-vm3 is schedule to the compute node, the corresponding tap device is tapadb5cc6a-7a, and is connected to the bridge.

Cirros-vm1 is located in the control node and belongs to vlan100. Cirros-vm2 is located in the compute node and belongs to vlan100. Cirros-vm3 is located in the compute node and belongs to vlan101.

Both cirros-vm1 and cirros-vm2 are in vlan100 and can communicate with each other. Cirros-vm3 is in vlan101 and cannot communicate with cirros-vm1 and cirros-vm2.

So how do you get vlan100 to communicate with instance in vlan101? It is not possible to rely on layer 2 vlan alone, and it has to be forwarded through the router at layer 3.
