To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted permission to log in through Terminal Services. By default, members of the remote Desktop users group have this permission. If you are not a member of the remote Desktop users group or other groups with this permission, or if the remote Desktop users group does not have this permission, you must grant these permissions manually.

The customer reported the problem, and it took me an hour to fix it, and the user group was locked.
