Check to see if innodb's transaction table INNODB_TRX has a transaction thread that is being locked

SELECT * FROM information_schema.INNODB_TRX

If the ID exists in the sleep thread in the show full processlist, you need to delete the thread manually

Manually delete a thread:

KILL 616694

Then check the threading of the current database:

SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST

Check to set the database isolation level:

SELECT @ @ tx_isolation

SELECT @ @ global.tx_isolation

SELECT @ @ session.tx_isolation

Isolation level:

1) read uncommitted: read uncommitted data: none of the problems can be solved

2) read committed: read the submitted data: can solve dirty reading-oracle default

3) repeatable read: reread read: can solve dirty reading and non-repeatable reading-mysql default

4) serializable: serialization: can solve the problem of unrepeatable dirty reading and virtual reading-equivalent to locking tables

Set tx_isolation='read-committed'

Show engine innodb status
