Select b. SQL where a.SQL_HASH_VALUE b.HASH_VALUE. Sid. Seria # b.HASH_VALUE a, SQL b where a.SQL_HASH_VALUE = b.HASH_VALUE (+) and sid=&sid

Kill the current source of blockage:

Alter system kill session '5pr 35133.
