Almost every piece of information about Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Buds was leaked earlier this week, so they have no other information to disclose on paper. It has become very common for important devices to disclose specifications before they are officially launched, and Galaxy Buds is no exception.

Sometimes we get more than just the specifications listed on the paper. Roland Quant, a famous whistleblower, managed to buy a pair of Milky way buds before going public. He made a hands-on video explaining some of the functions of headphones and how to pair them with smartphones.

He made the demonstration on iPhone, which is possible because Samsung launched the Galaxy Buds app in the app store earlier this week. As expected, the new product that Samsung is about to launch is an upgrade to the current model, which I hope will not be limited to paper. First, the Galaxy Buds is equipped with larger 85mAh batteries, which means they should last up to 11 hours of playtime or 7.5 hours of talk time. If you add the charging box, you will get 22 hours of broadcast time and 15 hours of talk time. By contrast, Galaxy Buds offers only 6 hours of playtime (13 hours with charging box) and 5 hours of talk time (11 hours with charging box).

They have three microphones instead of two, and are fully compatible with iOS devices. In the United States, the price of Galaxy Buds should be just over $20, but in Europe, their price is about 170 euros. It is worth noting, however, that all Galaxy S20 pre-orders in Europe come with a pair of free Galaxy Buds (blue).
