1 purpose and scope

1.1 purpose of writing

The purpose of this standard operating procedure document is to standardize the process definition and operating standards related to the whole process of Oracle 11g installation. Effectively unifies the standardization of the final effect of Oracle 11g installation.

1.2 scope of application

 this specification is applicable to the process specification of Oracle 11g installation operated by internal technicians of Shanghai Anchang Network Technology Co., Ltd.

 this specification does not apply to other Oracle 11g installation operation or workflow specifications.

2 definition of terms

 Oracle Database: also known as Oracle RDBMS, or Oracle for short. It is a relational database management system of Oracle. Oracle database system is a popular relational database management system in the world at present. The system has good portability, easy to use and strong function, and is suitable for all kinds of large, medium, small and microcomputer environments. It is a database solution with high efficiency and good reliability, which adapts to high throughput.

3 specification of operation flow

1)。 Unzip the file package and run setup.exe as an administrator.

2)。 Pop-up check, and then the installation interface appears.

3)。 Set the notification to accept the information, and click next when you are finished.

4)。 Security option, choose to create and configure a database by default (after installing the database management software, the system will automatically create a database instance).

5)。 System class, select server class

6)。 For a typical installation, it is recommended that you only need to update the Oracle base directory, and the directory path should not contain Chinese or other special characters. The global database name can be default and the database password can be configured.

7)。 Prerequisite check, the installer will check whether the software and hardware system meets the minimum requirements of the Oracle version. Click finish directly.

8)。 After the database management software files and dbms files are installed, a default instance database orcl is automatically created and installed.

9)。 The instance database has been created, and all accounts are locked by default (except for sys and system accounts). It is recommended to manage the password on the right, unlock the commonly used scott account and enter the password.

10)。 Unlock your scott account, remove the green tick in front of you, and enter your password.

11)。 After the installation is complete, close the installation window.
