The creation method of cad roughness block: first draw the roughness symbol on CAD; then enter the command "att" in the command bar; then enter the command "b" and set the name to "roughness"; finally, enter the command "I" and put the roughness in the position to be marked.

First draw the roughness symbol on CAD, the size is shown in the figure, and the small triangle is an equilateral triangle.

Enter the command "att" in the command bar and pop up the dialog box as shown in the figure.

Mode: check "verify"

Attribute: tag-"ra3.2", prompt-"Roughness value", verify-- "Ra6.3"

Text settings: text style-cfs, text height-3.5.

After clicking OK, the mouse will appear "RA3.2" and place it in the appropriate position of the pattern drawn in step 1.

Enter the command "b" in the command bar and pop up the dialog box shown in the figure.

Name-"Roughness"

Click pick Point to select the lowest point of the roughness symbol

Click "object", select the entire roughness, enter; click OK.

Enter the command "I" in the command bar, put the roughness in the position you want to mark, and pop up the dialog box as shown in the figure. If the roughness is 6.3, you can determine it directly. If not, modify the value and then determine.

Matters needing attention

If you need to mark the value of Rz,Ry, you don't need to set it otherwise, you just need to modify it in the last step

Pick point to select the lowest point for convenient placement, select other points can not put the roughness on the surface to be labeled
