Hello everyone, Lin Fei to answer the above questions, HVAC system training, HVAC system many people do not know, now let's take a look!

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people pay more and more attention to the pursuit of better and more comfortable living environment and material environment. Air conditioning is a common household appliance in people's daily life, but today, Bian Shaw wants to tell you about HVAC. I believe many friends are not familiar with HVAC. What is the composition of HVAC? How does it work? Next, Bian Shaw will introduce you to HVAC. Let's take a look.

I. basic composition of HVAC system

The subsystem of HVAC system mainly includes heating system, ventilation system and air conditioning system.

The heating system mainly includes hot water heating and steam heating. Hot water heating is more popular in buildings. Heating uses hot water to circulate with secondary heat exchangers to maintain indoor temperature. The basic components of the system include: boiler, circulating pump, secondary heat exchanger, pipeline system and indoor terminal.

Ventilation refers to the process of giving fresh air and exhaust gas to people in indoor space. The main purpose of ventilation is to ensure indoor air quality, proper ventilation can also reduce indoor air temperature. It includes natural ventilation and mechanical (forced) ventilation.

Air conditioning system is a combination of equipment which is composed of various components and can regulate the air in the building under artificial control to meet the required conditions. Its basic function is to deal with the air sent into the building to a certain state, so as to eliminate the indoor waste heat and humidity, and keep the temperature and humidity within the acceptable range of the human body.

A complete and independent air conditioning system can be divided into three parts, namely, cold and heat source and air treatment equipment, air and hot and cold water transmission and distribution system, indoor terminal equipment.

two. Classification and basic principles of HVAC system

1. Classify according to the purpose of use

Comfortable air conditioner 3354 requires suitable temperature, comfortable environment, and no strict requirements for temperature and humidity adjustment precision. It is used in homes, offices, theatres, shopping malls, gymnasiums, cars, ships, airplanes and so on.

Process air conditioning 3354 has certain requirements for the adjustment accuracy of temperature and humidity, as well as higher air cleanliness. Used in electronic components production workshop, precision instrument production workshop, computer room, biology laboratory and so on.

two。 Classify according to equipment layout

3354 of the air handling equipment of the Chinese (central) air conditioner is concentrated in the central air conditioning room, and the treated air is sent to the air conditioning system of each room through the air duct. It is suitable for shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, ships, factories and other places with large area, concentrated rooms and close heat and moisture load of each room. The maintenance and management of the system is convenient, and the noise suppression and vibration isolation of the equipment is easy to solve. However, the energy consumption of fans and pumps in the transmission and distribution system of central air conditioning system is higher. In figure 8-4, if there is no local air treatment A, but only air conditioning centralized treatment B, then the system is centralized.

Semi-centralized air conditioning 3354 is a kind of air conditioning system with both central air conditioning and air treatment terminal equipment. This kind of system is more complex and can achieve high adjustment precision. It is suitable for civil buildings with independent adjustment requirements, such as hotels, offices and so on. The energy consumption of the transmission and distribution system of semi-centralized air conditioning is usually lower than that of centralized air conditioning. The common semi-centralized air conditioning systems are fan coil system and induction air conditioning system. In figure 8-4, there is both local air treatment An and centralized air treatment B, so the system is semi-centralized.

Local air conditioning-each room has its own equipment to handle the air. The air conditioner can be installed directly in the room or in the adjacent room to treat the air locally. It is suitable for offices, computer rooms, families and other occasions where the area is small, the room is scattered and the heat and moisture load is different. The equipment can be a single independent air conditioning unit or a system composed of fan coil units. Cold and hot water are supplied centrally through pipes, and the temperature of each room can be adjusted as needed. In figure 8-4, if there is no centralized air treatment B, there is only local air treatment A _ # _ th

The entire air system 3354 only delivers hot and cold air to the air-conditioned area through ducts, as shown in figure 8-5 (a). The air duct types of the whole air system are: single zone air duct, multi-zone air duct, single or double pipe, terminal reheat air duct, constant air volume, variable air volume system, mixed system. In a typical all-air system, fresh air and return air are mixed, treated by a refrigerant coil, and then sent to an indoor heating or cooling room. In figure 8-4, if the air conditioner only uses centralized treatment B, it belongs to the all-air system.

The load of the whole water system-the room is borne by a centralized supply of hot and cold water. As shown in figure 8-5 (b), the chilled water generated by the central unit is transported to the coil (also known as the end equipment or fan coil unit) in the air treatment unit for indoor air conditioning. Heating is achieved by circulating hot water in the coil. When the environment only needs cooling or heating, or when heating and cooling are different, two control systems can be used. The hot water needed for heating is made by electric heater or boiler, and dissipates heat through convection heat exchanger, baseboard radiator, fin tube radiator, standard fan coil and so on. In figure 8-4, if only chilled water is used for local air treatment A, it belongs to the whole water system.

Air-water system 3354 the load part of the air-conditioned room is borne by the centrally treated air, and the other loads enter the air-conditioned room with water as the medium to reprocess the air.

The direct evaporation unit system 3354 is also known as a refrigerant air conditioning system. The load of the air-conditioned room is directly borne by the refrigerant, and the evaporator (or condenser) of the refrigeration system directly absorbs (or releases) the heat from the air-conditioned room, as shown in figure 8-5 (d). The device consists of air treatment equipment (air cooler, air heater, humidifier, filter, etc.).) , fans and refrigeration equipment (refrigeration compressors, throttling mechanisms, etc.) . In figure 8-4, only the local heat exchange An of the refrigerant works, and the refrigerant is a liquid refrigerant, so it belongs to the direct evaporation system.

The above is Bian Xiao's knowledge about HVAC. I believe you will have a better understanding of HVAC after reading it. Bian Shaw thinks the HVAC has been given
