The video course "easy entry into Foreign Enterprises: practical training of IT Helpdesk Engineers" was launched in February 2018. In order for students to self-study in the enterprise IT actual combat environment, I have launched a series of supporting hands-on IT actual combat environment courses.

It was originally planned to launch the third season of "hands-on Enterprise IT operational Environment: building SCCM1902 servers quickly" on June 19, 2019, which came to an end. However, with regard to the employers' need for the actual skills of IT Helpdesk engineers, courses such as ITIL-based ticket system building, VNP server (forbidden words, so modify the order) and KMS activation server building will be added one after another, so that the built enterprise IT actual combat environment tends to be more real, with a view to achieving the effect of "learning with one skill for application" through scene-based learning.

The special feature of the work of foreign enterprises is the flow and instrumentalization, which is reflected in the daily IT services: using the ITSM system of ITIL concept to achieve controllable and standardized IT services. Based on this, recently launched the ITIL-based ticket system to build a video course: "hand in hand to build an enterprise IT actual combat environment season 4: how to build an iTop Ticket system?" ". ITop is an open source ITSM management system based on the concept of ITIL. In short, it is a management system used to submit, process and track IT services in daily work.

Through this course, we can build an enterprise ITSM actual combat environment iTop Ticket system based on Win2016, WAMP and iTop, which can be used for self-study, function testing and so on.
