In this experiment, VMware workstations version 12 virtual machines are built on laptops, two Server2008 R2 servers are created, two servers named host servera and standby serverb virtual machines are respectively configured, and the servers are configured as dual NIC, NIC 1 is used as heartbeat setting, NIC 2 is used as business IP, HA-MIR software is used to realize double-click hot standby production of two servers, and virtual IP settings need to be realized for NIC 2 of the two servers. The virtual IP is used to collect CAN bus device data. UDP protocol is adopted, CAN1 and CAN2 of CANET-200T communication module are directly connected to simulate data transmission and reception, Znetcom configuration tool is adopted for configuration software, ZLGcantest test software is adopted for testing, finally CAN1 can transmit data normally, CAN2 can transmit data normally, the test time is 12 hours, one frame is transmitted each time, 10 bytes are transmitted each time, the transmission interval is 1000ms, and the cumulative transmission time is 12 hours. Check whether the received and received data are consistent.

When the virtual IP setting is greater than 69, the ZLGcantest software cannot send and receive data normally, and the other CAN port cannot collect data after sending. It is found by using the network packet capture tool that all UDP broadcast data source exit IPs are physical IPs of host NIC 2, not virtual IPs. If the IP setting is less than 68, the ZLGcantest software can send and receive data normally. At present, it can only be confirmed by verification results. In the CANET-200T application environment, it is necessary to ensure that the virtual IP setting must be less than the minimum IP in the set virtual NIC. The specific reasons are still under analysis. Otherwise, the exit IP defaults to the current physical NIC IP. At this stage, the test verifies that CANET-200TIP is less than 60 and the following settings have tested 6 IPs, all of which can realize data transmission and reception.
