Under the premise that the multi-site deployment and IPv6 is not yet in production, we can consider disabling the IPv6 setting for the Exchange server.

There are two ways to disable IPv6, temporary and permanent. In temporary cases, you can stop the IP helper service directly, as shown in the figure.

There is also a permanent way to disable IPv6 by disabling registry keys (tested in a production environment), open the registry editor and disable the following registry keys, as shown in the figure.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SYSTEM\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ Tcpip6\ Parameters add a Dword key for DisabledComponents and set it to 8 F. then restart the computer.
