Operating system: redhat6.4 64 bit

Oracle version: 11.2.0.4 RAC (two nodes)

Disk array: Hongbin 3300e

Problem description

When the RAC cluster was implemented years ago, there was only one set of paths in the operating system where the rac cluster was located, and the other set of redundant paths was not shown, but the RAC could start normally, because the time constraint did not solve it, directly shutdown RAC the server where the cluster is located. When I arrived at the site after 20 years, I found that the startup file cluster found this problem. Just swap the two small heads of a group of optical fibers on the fiber switch. Then, when I started the RAC cluster, I found that the stored path mapped one more set of redundant paths, but the database could not start and reported an error.

ORA-01172:recovery of thread 1 stuck at block 2991 of file 2

ORA-01151:use media recovery to recover block, restore backup if needed

Reason: it may be caused by storage, because all applications that read and write to the database RAC are usually closed, and then shutdown the database directly.

Solution:

Start the RAC cluster to the mount state, execute the recover datafile file number, and then type the database.

It is recommended that you start the mount state on one node, then execute recover, then alter database open, and then directly open another node (startup).
