/ usr/local/php/sbin/sbin/php-fpm start

/ usr/local/nginx/sbin/sbin/nginx

(the above two commands can be executed on the command line. )

Reason: all commands in this file will be executed at boot time

It is equivalent to executing the above two commands on the command line.
