2. After getting the user name and password, go to the server and check whether the IP in the server is correct

3. Check whether the local network cable is loose and whether the switch connected is correct.

4. Check whether the server has modified the remote port. Click to start-run-enter: cmd--- confirm-in the dialog box that pops up, enter: regedit- now opens the registry editor

Click Edit-find-input: portnumber---- to find the next one. The value in parentheses that first appears is 1723. Click F3 to continue searching. The value in parentheses that appears again is the remote port. When there is no modification, this value should be 2288 (this port is the port number provided to you by each computer room). If the value in parentheses is not 2288, please remember this value. This is the new remote port number.

(in addition: when we modify the remote port, the same method of operation, look for portnumber, there is the first value of 1723 without pipe, press F3 after the value of 2288, double-click TcpPortNumber, and then click the decimal, and then modify the data value of the port we need to determine. Then press F3, there will be a key with a value of 2288, or modify it like this, and then press F3 after modification to change the value of 2288 to the port we need until the prompt has been found. 5. Check to see if there is a firewall that comes with the system. If so, turn it off and test it. If not, check to see if other firewalls are installed, and if so, turn off the test

6. Check whether TCP/IP filtering is enabled on the server, that is, click the right button of the network neighbor-property-- right-click on the local connection-attribute-intel Protocol (Tcp/IP) attribute-Advanced-option-TCP/IP filtering Disable and enable the network card.

7. Check whether the server has a security policy, that is, click start-Program-Management tools-Local Security Policy-IP Security Policy, and then on the right, there are any items that have been assigned as "Yes". If so, you can right-click and choose not to assign.

8. At present, there are still some machines that prompt the program to be occupied as soon as the firewall is opened. At this point, you need to turn off remote and routing services, that is, start remote and remote access, check whether the server (local) service is running, and if so, right-click. Select disable routing and remote services. After disabling it, turn on the firewall, and you can turn it on, and then choose to turn it off and turn off the firewall.
