In the open document preview page, click the conversation icon in the upper right corner at the top to open the dialogue bar.

Then, click the down arrow to the right of Edit at the top, and click Edit in Teams in the drop-down menu.

Revise the content of the article to "Sun WuKong takes the lead, Sha Wujing presses the array." Click the close button on the right at the top to exit document editing.

5. Confirm the effectiveness of collaborative editing

Switch back to the Microsoft Teams Windows desktop application client that was logged in using the Tang Sanzang account.

Observe that the content of the document "Che Chi country fighting tactics Strategy" has changed. Click the close button on the right at the top to exit document editing.

Experience the participation of mobile clients in collaborative editing

Use the "pig Wuneng" account to log in to IOS's Teams client and enter the "team".

Then click "other 3 channels" to expand the custom channel.

Click on the "demon strategy", in the "dialogue" to see the "Tang Sanzang" initiated by the "che Chi country fighting strategy. Docx", click to open.

You can see a preview of the contents of the document, which is read-only. If you need to modify the article, click the "Pencil Wordpad" button in the upper left corner, and the Word application installed on the mobile device will be called for processing.

At this point, the Word application opens the Word document online. It should be noted that this can only be done if you install the Word application on the mobile device in advance and log in to the Word application using the "pig Wuneng" account.

Add the line "Zhu Wuneng provides holy water" to the open document. " Because the document is saved automatically by default, just click the return arrow in the upper left corner to exit the editing of the document.

Go back to Teams, reopen the Word document for preview, and you can see that the content has been released as modified.

Optional experience: refer to the above actions and use "Sha Wujing" to log in to the Teams app on Android mobile devices. Enter the "Learning team" in the "team", click on the "demon extermination strategy" channel, and click on the collaborative editing Word document initiated by "Tang Sanzang" in the "chat". Depending on the model and version of the Android, it may not be possible to preview at this time.

Click the Word icon in the lower right corner and preview it through Word. Also, it is important to note that this can only be done if you install the Word application on the mobile device in advance and log in to the Word app using the "pig Wuneng" account.

If you need to edit, click the pen button in the middle above to open the edit mode. Enter "Master goes to recite the sutra and ask for rain." Click the check button in the upper left corner to exit editing mode.

At this point, click the left arrow icon in the upper left corner to exit the document view mode and close the document.

7. View the files recently accessed in Microsoft Teams

Click the File button in the navigation bar on the left. View the "Che Chi country fighting strategy" file edited by recent in the right window to find out its location. Click on the right side of the "…" Button, click "download".
