We download the latest windows on the Internet in English, so how to change its language?

Here's a simple way to do it.

Press the win+R key and type lpksetup to install the language pack you downloaded.

Press the win+x key to open the control panel and select clock, and language and region to open the language settings

Select the language button

Open the Advanced Setings button.

There is the language option we just installed, choose Chinese.

Log out of the system and the language changes. For details, you can see the attachment I uploaded.
