When using telnet, an error is reported: 'telnet' is not an internal or external command, nor is it a runnable program or batch file.

Error reason: no telnet command

Install the telnet method:

"computer" right mouse button select "Management", pop-up "Server Manager" window, select "functions", and select "add functions" in the page on the right.

Select the telnet client in the pop-up "add feature Wizard" window, click "install", and restart cmd after the installation is complete. You can use the telnet tool.
