With the freshest test supplies, I returned to the test training industry. The baptism of several years of project managers and pre-sales work has made me feel more and more the dilemma of the shortage of "technical" personnel in the testing industry. (please note that I put the word "technology" in quotation marks here.)

In this industry, if we observe carefully, we will find that except for the minority who have found the right direction, most people have gradually lost the direction of development in the constant repetition of their work. Among them, there are newcomers who have just entered the industry, and some elderly people who have been in the industry for five or six years.

Based on the diversified requirements of the testing work for the practitioners' abilities, many testers' basic skills are relatively complicated, which is a bit like Guo Jing, who has just been taught by Seven Freaks of the South, who seems to have the ability to run amok, but found that no one can beat him.

Even so, please note that without Seven Freaks of the South's basic skills training at that time, Guo Jing would not have been able to become a generation of warriors by means of the internal and external training of the Jiuyin True Sutra and the eighteen palms of the falling Dragon.

In other words, for a Tester, the practice of basic skills must be solid, but the future development must find the right direction. At present, what most Tester probably need to do is choose the direction.

So the "technology" I put in quotation marks above refers to not finding a definite direction for myself. This is the pitiful situation that there are many junior and intermediate personnel and few senior personnel throughout the testing industry.

Combined with the training work for testing, I think as a trainer to teach "Guo Jing", on the one hand, we need to make the basic skills training of "Guo Jing" more solid and more solid. On the other hand, we should also point out the future development direction for each "Guo Jing" at the same time. Only in this way can these newcomers into the industry go more smoothly and faster on the way to becoming "heroes"!
