In order to connect to the external network, you need to tell Neutron the type of external network and the corresponding Open vSwitch bridge in advance in the configuration file. An external network is an existing physical network, usually of the flat or vlan type.

Here we name the label of the external network "external" and the bridge br-ex. If the type is flat, control node / etc/neutron/plugins/ml2/ml2_conf.ini

In our network environment, the external network is the flat type. After modifying the configuration, you need to restart the related services of neutron. In addition, we need to prepare br-ex ahead of time to add eth3 to br-ex.

Br-ex already exists, we just need to add eth3.
