Oracle Study-OEM login error

System environment:

Operating system: Windows 7

Database: Oracle 11gR2

Today, when I logged in to OEM on IE, I reported a certificate error and the navigation was blocked. Finally, I found that the problem is that the key of oracle oem certificate is less than 1024, and the solution is to execute the certutil command, that is, on cmd:
