Shulou(Shulou.com)05/31 Report--
In this issue, the editor will bring you the interpretation and response plan of how to analyze the blue screen of Win7. The article is rich in content and analyzes and narrates it from a professional point of view. I hope you can get something after reading this article.
Recently, I am convinced that I have received inquiries from many customers about the outbreak of Win7 blue screen, which probably refers to "the end of Win7 service, Microsoft no longer updates patches, computer collective blue screen, error code F4, blue screen associated with vulnerability patches, etc., and call on users not to fix vulnerability patches".
However, from the problems collected by convincing, there is no phenomenon of large-scale Win7 blue screen. Through tracing back, we found that it was the personal and Internet cafe environment that appeared earlier, and indeed some individual users and network managers turned to security manufacturers for help.
On the question of whether bug fixes (patching) will cause Win7 blue screen, we have repeatedly verified that there is no inevitable connection between patching and Win7 blue screen (that is, patching does not necessarily lead to Win7 blue screen). We also consulted Microsoft officials at the first time, who also said they didn't know much about it.
As the patch is not necessarily related to the Win7 blue screen, and the corporate environment rarely occurs, and the blue screen phenomenon of a certain scale appears in the environment of individuals and Internet cafes, we highly suspect that it has something to do with the Windows piracy system. In the end, we found a coupon plug-in CouponUpdate.exe in the Ghost system, which will cause the system blue screen when it is updated and upgraded.
It is recommended that the majority of users use the official Microsoft original image installation system to avoid using a variety of pirated systems or Ghost systems. The following figure shows the installation directory for the coupon plug-in CouponUpdate.ex update.
The above documents, on third-party platforms, have been maliciously reported by most security vendors.
We remind the majority of enterprise users, for the recent Win7 large-scale blue screen messages, do not over-panic, convinced to provide a detailed interpretation and solution. Normally, the probability of enterprise users encountering this problem is relatively low. If you have this problem with your intranet host, it is recommended to follow the following solution.
Solution
Manual cleanup:
If the following files appear on your system disk:
C:\ ProgramFiles\ Coupon\ CouponUpdate.exe
C:\ ProgramFiles (x86)\ Coupon\ CouponUpdate.exe
C:\ Users\ Administrator\ AppData\ Local\ Coupon\ CouponUpdate.exe
The blue screen problem can be solved by double-clicking the corresponding Uninst.exe program in the above directory to uninstall.
The above is the editor for you to share how to analyze the Win7 blue screen interpretation and response plan, if you happen to have similar doubts, you might as well refer to the above analysis to understand.
