Problem symptom

Within a certain period of time, on the ECS instance details page, the network (public network) shows no data in the monitoring information, and the CPU utilization is monitored normally. The network (public network) resumes data display after restarting the ECS instance.

Cause of the problem

When an exception occurs within ECS, the ERP software service is not available and the ERP software service cannot connect.

Solution

Resume the connection after restarting the ECS instance, and restore the data display by network monitoring.

Note: network resource monitoring shows that the rule is to upload once every 60 seconds. If the number of packets within 60 seconds is less than 100, the data will not be uploaded, that is, the data will not be displayed.
