Steps:

1. Find the network installation wizard in the local connection properties.

This kind of problem, if it is the network card driver problem, then the local connection should show the red cross, but this is the local connection is normal, then it is the problem of the network configuration, just use the network configuration wizard.

I also have two WIN7 machines that have similar problems, but I did not find the network configuration wizard in WIN7. Running netsetup.cpl shows that there is no such file. I went to the website to download netsetup.cpl and put it in the system32 folder, which also runs a wireless web search. Therefore, a solution to this problem has not been found on WIN7 for the time being. When a solution is found, I will continue to add it.
