When you access a resource mailbox in Exchange 2013 EAC, you may encounter an error that may prevent you from viewing or editing room mailbox properties:

CategoryInfo:NotSpecified: (:) [Get-CalendarProcessing], InvalidOperationExceptionFullyQualifiedErrorId:System.InvalidOperationException,Microsoft.Exchange.Management.StoreTasks.GetCalendarProcessing

Reason: usually this is because disabled mailboxes are listed in the RequestInPolicy or BookInPolicy properties of the room.

Solution: run the following command in Exchange Powershell to clear the value. Example: Set-CalendarProcessing-BookInPolicy $null

When you are finished, you should be able to access the room through Powershell or EAC and add any necessary requestors back to the room policy
