Experiment 1: set up the web server and publish the default website

Experiment preparation: prepare two virtual machines for Windows server 2008R2, one for building web server and one for web client for verification.

The steps of the experiment:

Steps to build a web server (IIS).

Install the web Server (IIS) role in Server Manager.

1. Click Windows Desktop "start"-"Administrative tools"-Open "Server Manager"

2. In "roles"-- click "add roles", as shown in the figure

3. Click "Server role"-"check web Server (IIS)"-- "next", as shown in the figure

4. Continue to perform the "next step" operation until the page shown in the following figure appears, and check the appropriate options as needed.

Note: the check box shown above is the system default. If the published website is static, you can use the default check box. If the release is a dynamic website, then you need to check the corresponding functional module, here according to the specific implementation of the function and check the corresponding functional module.

The experiment here uses the default check setting.
