This installation tutorial will be installed using a 64-bit image. After downloading the system image of Fedora 25, the first step is to create a bootable device (DVD or USB device), use the Unetbootin and dd commands to create the USB startup tool, or use any other method you want.
1. After you have created the boot device, insert and boot from the device (DVD/USB). At this point, you should see the Fedora Workstation Live startup interface shown in the following figure.
Select the "Start Fedora-Workstation-Live 25" option and press enter at a single point.

3. After logging in to the system, the following welcome screen will appear on the desktop a few seconds later. If you want to try the Fedora system before installation, click "Try Fedora", otherwise click "Install to Hard Disk" to enter the new installation process.

4. In the following interface, select the installation language you want to use, and then click the "Continue" button to go to the installation summary page.

5. The following figure shows the installation summary interface, showing the default area and system settings. You can customize the regional and system settings according to your location and preferences.
Start with the keyboard settings. Click "KEYBOARD" to enter the keyboard layout customization interface.

6. In this interface, use the + sign to add the keyboard layout you need according to your computer's previous settings, and then click "Done" to return to the installation summary interface.

7. Next, click time and date (TIMEDATA) to adjust the system time and date. Enter your region and city to set the time zone, or quickly select from the map.
Note that you can enable or disable network time synchronization from the upper right corner. After setting the system time and date, click Done to return to the installation summary interface.

8. Return to the installation summary interface and click "NETWORK & HOSTNAME" to set the network and host name.
When the hostname is set, click apply (Apply) to check if the hostname is available, and if so, click Done.

9. At this point, in the installation summary interface, click "installation target (INSTALLATION DESTINATION)" to divide the installation space for the system files.
Select I want to configure partitions (I will configure partitioning) on the other Storage options (Other Storage Options) to perform manual partitions, and then click Done to proceed to the manual partitioning interface.

10. Below is the manual partition interface. Select "Standard Partition" as the new partition mode to install.

11. Now create a / root partition by adding a mount point to the dot + sign.

After that, click add mount point (Add mount point) to add the partition / mount point you just created.

12. Next, create a swap partition (swap) with the + sign
A swap partition is a virtual disk space on a hard disk that temporarily stores memory data that is not currently used by CPU.

After creating the root partition and the swap partition, click the "Done" button to view the changes you want to make to the disk. Click accept adjustments (Accept Changes) to allow all partition adjustments to be performed.

14. Your final installation summary should be similar to that shown in the following figure. Click start installation (Begin Installation) to begin the actual installation of the system.

15. After the installation of system files begins, you can create a common system user in the following interface and set a password for your root account.

16. After that, click "ROOT password (ROOT PASSWORD)" to set the root account password. As before, click Done to return to the user configuration interface.

After that, click the "create user (USER CREATION)" button in the user configuration interface to create a common system user. You can also select the option "Make the user administrator the user as administrator" to promote the user to system administrator.

18. The installation process will last for a while, so you can have a rest. After the installation is complete, click "Quit" to restart the system and pop up the boot device you are using. Finally, you can log in to the new Fedora 25 Workstation.
