Oracle provides a logical backup and recovery tool expdp/impdp, also known as data pump, which I think is an upgraded version of exp/imp, which is faster than exp/imp 's data. It should be noted that the expdp/impdp tool needs to establish a good file directory directory in the database, and if the data backed up by expdp is migrated to a database with a lower version than the exported database, the version parameter needs to be added when expdp is exported, while the exp/imp tool does not need directory directory. You can also ignore the version.

Case

Requirements: backup 11g oracle database sh user data, database version 11.2.0.4.0 data, import 10g database

Steps:

Logical backup data

1. Set up a directory dpdir, and the user who needs to export has read,write permission to the directory dpdir

Create or replace directory dpdir as'/ home/oracle'

two。 Export users need to have DATAPUMP_EXP_FULL_DATABASE permissions, preferably DBA permissions. For example, sys users do not have permission problems.

3. The special role of the user needs to be exported, and the tablespace needs to be queried because it needs to exist in the target server.

Expdp\ 'sys/sys as sysdba\' directory=dpdir dumpfile=sh.dump log=sh.log schemas=sh version=11.2.0.4.0

Copy data to the target server

Scp 192.168.187.181:/home/oracle

Logically import data

1. Set up a directory dpdir, and the user who needs to export has read,write permission to the directory dpdir
