(3) after the transaction service organization accepts the application, the status of the domain name is set from "normal" to "transaction waiting for verification". 3. Verify the request:

(1) the transaction service organization verifies the identity of the seller, the validity of the transaction domain name and the validity of the transaction time; the time range of valid transaction is from 15 days after the domain name registration to 15 days before the domain name expires, that is, the start time of the user activating the domain name transaction must be after 15 days after the domain name registration, and the domain name transaction ending time must be 15 days before the domain name expiration date.

5. Enter into a transaction:

(1) bargaining between the buyer and the seller in accordance with the transaction process established by the transaction service agency

(2) if the negotiation is completed within the effective time range, proceed to the next step

(3) if the negotiation fails, the status of the domain name shall be set from "transaction in progress" to "normal". When this transaction is terminated, the seller can restart the transaction process.

6. Transaction confirmation:

7. Trading code

8. Domain name transfer
