two。 Server installation

After running the installer, first enter the SQL Server installation center. Select the install menu item in the left navigation tree.

Click "install a new SQL Server standalone or add features to an existing installation" in the menu on the right to enter the installer support rules dialog box.

After passing the check, click the button to enter the product key dialog box.

Enter the product key and click the button to enter the Microsoft Software license terms dialog box.

When I accept the license terms is selected, click the button to enter the product update dialog box.

After canceling include SQL Server product updates, click the button to enter the installation installer files dialog box. Figure 2-6 install the installer file

When the system is ready, it automatically jumps to the installer support rules dialog box.

After passing the check, click the button to enter the set role dialog box.

Select "SQL Server feature installation" and click the button to enter the feature selection dialog box.

Select the features shown above and set up the shared feature directory and the shared feature directory (x86).

The shared feature directory and the shared feature directory (x86) can be set according to the actual situation to avoid insufficient C:\ disk space. The program defaults to

C:\ Program Files\ Microsoft SQL Server\ and C:\ Program Files (x86)\ Microsoft SQL Server\.

Click the button to enter the installation rules dialog box.

After passing the check, click the button to enter the instance configuration dialog box.

Select default instance, and the instance ID recommends using "MSSQLSERVER". Do not modify it arbitrarily. To modify the instance ID, first select named instance, and then enter a new instance ID. Select the instance root directory according to the actual situation.

If you install SQL Server using a non-default instance, you need to enter the instance name in the instance name pop-up box during the installation check installation parameters step.

Click the button to enter the disk space requirements dialog box.

Set the account names of the SQL Server agent, database engine, and Integration Service items to NT AUTHORITY\ SYSTEM. When the settings are complete, click the collation tab.

With the default configuration, click the button to enter the database engine configuration dialog box.

Configure the authentication mode to mixed mode and enter the password for the sa user. SQL Server 2012 has certain requirements for password complexity, please refer to the online help documentation built into the system for relevant information. Then you need to specify the SQL Server administrator according to the actual situation, as shown in the following figure.

The sa user password should not contain the following characters:

|\ t, otherwise the password cannot be detected normally when installing iMC. If other factors are taken into account, the password of the sa user must use the above characters, you can create another database user with the same permissions as sa, and make sure that the password of the new user does not contain the above characters.

The directories in the data catalog tab should be set up in consultation with the SQL Server administrator.

The FILESTREAM tab does not need any configuration, just use the default value.

Click the button to enter the error reporting dialog box.

Without any configuration, click the button to enter the installation configuration rules dialog box.

After passing the check, click the button to enter the prepare installation dialog box.

After the installation is complete, pop up the "need to restart the computer" dialog box, click the button to enter the completion dialog box. Figure 2-23 completion

Click the button to close the dialog box. Restart the computer and the server installation is complete.
