Yum appears Existing lock / var/run/yum.pid: another copy is running as pid:3355

The main reason is that yum is updating automatically. Just turn it off.

Solution:

Enter rm-f / var/run/yum.pid directly

Or: / etc/init.d/yum-updatesd stop

You can also wait until the update is finished before installing.
