Delete a single email or mass email with a specified subject through EMS:

Send group email to MailUser01/02/ 03 through MailUser04, open the mailboxes of the three test users respectively, and confirm that all the emails have been received.

From the screenshot, you can see that the mailboxes of the three test users have received messages from MailUser04.

Start the delete operation:

You must first empower yourself (the deleter) before you can delete messages from other users' mailboxes:

The interface after deletion is shown in the image above, and then go to MailUser01's mailbox to see if the email has been deleted. It is important to note that messages deleted in this way cannot be recovered through the "restore deleted items" provided with the Exchange system; this deletion is for all folders in the mailbox, including sent, deleted, inbox, and so on.

Delete group mail: this operation searches all users' mailboxes for the specified subject name, so the length of time the command takes to execute depends on the number of mailbox users and the number of messages.

The interface after successful deletion is shown in the following figure.

Now check to see if the specified subject messages of the other two users have been deleted.
