Server Manager-tools-Group Policy Management, select OU right-click "create GPO in this domain and link here"

Policy naming

Right-click edit

Create a new "local group" and add "corp\ sccmadmin" to "administrators (built-in)". This policy can add sccmadmin users to the local administrators group.

New inbound rule

Add three inbound rules, which are

Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), Windows remote management, file and print sharing
