Netstat-lnp | grep 80

And then kill the relevant process.

Kill 2573 / / Kill process 2573

Then restart the service

Service httpd restart

Fuser-k-n tcp 80 (fuser can show which program is currently using a file, mount point, or even a network port on disk, and give details of the program process. )
