Product characteristics

Bus communication card (VCI) has WIFI and USB communication mode, and customers can choose wireless communication mode or wired communication mode between handheld terminal and VCI.

Product structure

The structure of the EOL diagnosis system of Hengrun vehicle is shown in the following figure. The detection terminal (flat or PC) communicates with the VCI of the connected vehicle through WIFI to realize the exchange of bus information. Finally, the test results are uploaded to the EOL server and printed out.

Key learning

After successful key learning, you can control the key keys to control the opening / locking of the door, the opening / closing of the trunk, and the lifting and lowering of the window with one-button lifting function of the window. This function is achieved through binding learning between PEPS (or PS), DCM, etc., and smart keys.

Anti-theft matching

This function includes traditional key anti-theft matching and intelligent key anti-theft matching (keyless startup system). Only when this function is executed successfully can the engine be started by the key. This function is achieved through anti-theft learning between PEPS (or PS) and ESCL, ECM, or GW.

Data brushing

It can brush and write the driver data, application data and parameter data of the controller, and support the data files in S19, BIN, HEX and other formats.

The configuration word brushing function of each controller of the whole vehicle is executed at the end of the production line, and the vehicle configuration is distinguished by writing the different vehicle model data of BCM, IC, DVD and other controllers to complete the ex-factory setting of the vehicle, which is a very important step for the vehicle off-line.

Tire pressure matching

Tire pressure monitoring system has been incorporated into the regulatory requirements, passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles must be installed with tire pressure monitoring system from January 1, 2020, so tire pressure matching equipment will become the standard of the whole vehicle factory. Hengrun Technology can provide online tire pressure matching scheme and offline tire pressure matching scheme to meet the different process planning needs of the whole plant.

The tire pressure matching equipment communicates with the tire pressure sensor through low frequency and high frequency signals to obtain the tire sensor ID, tire pressure, temperature and other information. Through the diagnostic instrument (VCI), the tire sensor ID, temperature, pressure and other information are sent to the TPMS controller, thus the corresponding relationship between the tire sensor and the actual tire position is established.
