Editor to share with you how to solve the problem that ports such as 8080 are occupied when deploying Tomcat on eclipse. I believe most people don't know much about it, so share this article for your reference. I hope you will gain a lot after reading this article. Let's learn about it together.

Problem description:

The following error occurred when deploying Tomcat in eclipse.

The solution is as follows:

Method 1:

1. Start-the "cmd-" input command netstat-ano appears as shown in the following figure (note that there is some dislocation below, and the last column is PID):

2. Some students enter netstat-ano and show that it is not an internal file. The solution is as follows:

Start-"cmd-" cd: C\ WINDOWS\ system32\

The result is shown in the figure above.

3. Open the Windows task manager, click View, click Select column, and highlight the PID option, as shown in the following figure:

4. Since port 8080 on your machine is closed, let's take port 80 as an example (the operation is the same):

Compared to the process with PID 4 in the DOS window, click end process after the Windows task manager is selected. Solve the problem of port occupancy!

Method 2:

Find the conf file under the TOMCAT installation directory, then find server.xml, open server.xml, and change port 8080 to any or other, as long as the port is available. (not too much repetition)

Attached:

Mentioned above to end the process, here are two common commands to end the process (take the PID above as an example):

1.taskkill / pid process ID (4) / f

2.taskkill / im process name / f

Im=image name f=force means to end forcibly.
