According to the common application problem of flipping method, we can see that the division point of flipping is in the offset position from the end of the array. Flip the first half, then the second half, and finally the whole.

Source code analysis: exception handling, An is empty or its length is 0 offset may exceed the size of A, should be used after the module len; three-step flipping method. Python does not provide string flipping, but it is very easy to implement with slice, very Pythonic!

Complexity analysis: the time complexity of a flip is approximately O (n), and the space complexity is O (1). The total time complexity is O (n) and the space complexity is O (1).
